computerized voting machines are easily fiddled. Despite qualifications
as a right-wing lunatic, I agree; I believe we should’ve stuck with
paper ballots, and the idea of using Windows-based machines with
proprietary software to count votes ... well, it’s just silly. ...
And
the idea was of course originally promoted by the left after George
Bush the younger stold the Florida election with all those hanging
chads....
But how will it go? ... I know! ... Some of the usual suspects will contrive, in unimportant race(s) for minor statewide offices, to steal an election for the Republican, see? ... So they can throw into doubt more important contests, get in the lawyers, judgocrat brigades and special interest commandos, and in general have the usual progressive riot — look for Al Gore....

However some Democrat lunatics did claim the Republicans did it! ... So I was close; the dem loonies probably figured on doing it themselves, but were so frustrated the scheme required a modicum of competence they figured Republicans would be obvious suspects!
