Nothing without profit

Wed 5/23/2012 12:54 pm. There is nothing without profit. This is the simple truth the socialists cannot or will not understand. No thing in this mortal world exists without sustaining force, not flower, not subsidiary, not job, not rock. If it is not sustained, it is not there.

Steve Jobs knew this, presumably by accident, and so the riddle of “why he did it” is answered: not for credit, not for personal wealth, not for who knows why, but so it would be. A computer. An iphone. Not there unless manufactured, and no one — except on the mysterious invisible world of planet liberal — manufactures anything without profit. Lucre; scratch. An essential tawdry ingredient in being....
